i think Everyone Should want to be this way all of the time

Customers deserve our absolute best, to be swept off their feet, to be part of the creation itself, to receive over the top. But for that matter, so does everyone with whom I am in contact with and interact with throughout my days. Not to be merely part of a process, though systems are needed. But to have one of a kind experiences that I get to give. I’ll need to give this another listen but I “get it” a lot.
