My Investment Approach

I am an individual investor focused on wealth building and living off my base and profits. My objective is to grow my capital after living expenses, measuring performance over time through weekly data points and journaling my decisions.

I invest in companies where I have high conviction, seeking asymmetric upside and low downside risk, regardless of short-term market drops. These are typically technology, fintech, energy, and biotechnology companies with strong differentiation.

My strategy involves:

• Sizing positions: Allocating heavier weights to less risky plays, while diversifying riskier ones and averaging up on positive news.

• Capitalizing on overreactions: Buying when the market temporarily sells off a stock due to a perceived negative that I believe data has already discredited.

This approach aligns with a long-term perspective, one that respects Time's indifference to short-term fluctuations, panics, and the length or depth of pullbacks. My goal is sustained profitability through disciplined observation and a focus on my own journey, not comparison to external benchmarks.
