Short often sweet Poems

Another finished from the stack I read aloud to my mom: An introspective journey through heartbreak, healing, and self-discovery.

Several of the poems touched my heart deeply, reminding me of a cherished relationship with a young person I loved. Reading those specific lines, I could easily picture her reading them aloud to me at the dinner table. However, while the collection has moments of profound and grounding warmth, I found the overarching tone of some pieces to be a bit too victim-oriented within its specific framework of feminine vulnerability.
